Delete your data

Step 1 — Information on your phone (do this yourself)

• Delete one line: long-press the line button at the top of any screen and choose Delete Line.
• Delete everything: uninstall Guaranteed Contacts. Your line setup, extension lists, settings and any unsent ticket draft are removed with the app.

Step 2 — Information held by Cool Telecom (support tickets)

The button opens a support ticket on cooltele.com with the subject Data Deletion request already filled in. In the message, include:

• the name and email address you used on your support ticket, and
• the phone number of your line (the number your calls show).

Cool Telecom may reply to confirm it's really you before deleting anything. You'll be notified through the ticket when it's done.

Deleted when you ask

• Your support tickets and replies, including the message you wrote.
• Your name and email address.
• The line setup details sent with your tickets (phone number, feature code, PIN, pause settings), the sync status, and the app version and phone type.
• Any dial log you chose to include.

Not collected in the first place

Guaranteed Contacts never uploads your contacts, contact photos, call history or call audio, so there is nothing of those to delete.

Kept

• Ordinary server logs (IP address, time, pages or files requested) are rotated and removed automatically on a regular schedule, and are not tied to your name.
• Records the law requires (for example, accounting records if you are a Cool Telecom customer) are kept only as long as required.
• Your office phone system keeps its own call records under your office's arrangements with its telephone provider; ask your office manager about those.

Cool Telecom will delete your support-ticket information and confirm in the ticket within 30 days of verifying your request.
